Refund Policy
We offer several GatsbyJS themes for sale directly through this website via forward to gumroad.com Marketplace or our internal sales website on click. This refund policy applies to those themes only.
As our themes are digital files, we do not offer a standard refund/return policy like you might expect from a physical product. This is because once you have the theme files, these can easily be copied or stored… there is nothing that you can return to us.
We do our best to explain the features of each theme through the website content and the theme demos. If you are unsure about any aspect of the theme, please contact us before you buy with any questions.
We will only consider refund requests if there is a genuine fault with the theme that renders it unusable.
Any refund or compensation in such cases are limited to the value of the order transaction for the refunded product from the customer.
We do not offer refunds if:
you do not have sufficient expertise to use the theme; you change your mind after purchasing; the theme did not meet your expectations; you bought the theme by mistake.
